Cancellation Policy:

On all confirmed bookings. Cancellation has to be received in writing on a working day before 12 noon.

-25% of full fare

* 30 - 15 days prior to cruise date

-50% of full fare

* 14 - 08 days prior to cruise date

-75% of full fare

* 07 or less days prior to cruise date

-100% of full fare

Amendment Policy:

A US$ 30 administration fee (per cabin) will be charged for changes to booking after confirmation has been issued. This charge does not include cancellation fee. Change of cruise departure date less thane 7 days before departure, a 100% cancellation will be levied.

Visa Requirement :

Multiple Entry Visa for Thailand should be obtained prior to departure from Sri Lanka .Please note if any client is visiting Vietnam & Thailand after the cruise they will have to obtain double entry or multiple entries required for visa as required or Vietnam & Thailand prior to leaving Sri Lanka.

Travel Policy :

Passenger for pregnant women will only be permitted up to their 26th week of pregnancy , a doctor's certificate staring that they are fit to travel must be provided. For those in 27th week of pregnancy or later , passage will not be permitted .Star Cruises reserves the right to refuse to embark any passengers whose condition is not made known to the cruise line prior to sailing , and shall not be required to refund any portion of the fare paid by these passengers. All valid passport must have at least 6 months validity from the actual date of travelling

Strictly no refund will be made when customers are denied embarkation for non-compliance of the above Immigration requirements.
