Policy:
A
US$ 20 administration fee (per cabin) will be charged for changes
to booking after confirmation has been issued. This charge does
not include cancellation fee. Change of cruise departure date
less thane 7 days before departure, a 100% cancellation will
be levied.
Visa
Requirement :
For
Sri Lankan visa to enter Malaysia will be arranged on arrival.
Visa for Thailand should be obtained prior to departure from
Sri Lanka. Please note if any client is visiting Malaysia &
Thailand prior to leaving Sri Lanka. Even if passenger is not
getting out when the ship docks in Thailand, the passenger still
needs to have his/her Thai Visa. Star Cruises has the right
to refuse passenger boarding if the necessary entry visas are
not in order. In the circumstances, this will be treated as
No Show and a 100% cancellation charge will be levied.
Travel
Policy :
Passenger
for pregnant women will only be permitted up to their 26th week
of pregnancy, a doctor's certificate starting that they are
fit to travel must be provided. For those in 27th week of pregnancy
or later, passage will not be permitted. Star cruises reserves
the right to refuse to embark any passengers whose condition
is not made known to the cruise line prior to sailing, and shall
not be required to refund any portion of the fare paid by these
passengers. All valid passport must have at least 6 months validity
from the actual date of sailing. Strictly no refund will be
made when customers are denied embarkation for non - compliance
of the above Immigration requirements.
