Day 1


Approx 10km & travel time approx 20minutes

Met on arrival at the airport arrival hall & transfer to Negombo & rest at the hotel.

Relax & do own activities. Overnight in Negombo.

Negombo -is the heart of Sri Lanka's fishing Industry. The sea and catamarans is the backdrop of the Negombo scenery. You can visit the Negombo lagoon, fish auction, Dutch Fort and Catholic Church.




Approx 180km & travel time approx 5 hours excluding sightseeing

After breakfast check out from the hotel & proceed to Nuwara Eliya.

En route visit a Tea Factory.

Evening walk around Nuwara Eliya town also visit the Bale Bazaar.

Overnight in Nuwara Eliya


Tea Plantation- visits a tea plantation and a tea factory, where the best Tea in the world is produced. Here you could observe all about the process of manufacturing tea. You can also see how tea is graded. Taste a cup of pure Ceylon tea in the Factory.

Nuwara Eliya -due to refreshing climate, mountain and scenery it is Sri Lanka s most popular hill resort. Nuwara Eliya is also the Heart of Sri Lanka s tea country producing a significant Share of the world best tea. Sri Lanka s highest mountain Pidurutalagala (8282 feet) is Located here. Nuwara-Eliya also has one of the finest 18 hole golf courses in South Asia.


Day 3


Approx 30km per way & travel time approx 45 minutes per way excluding sightseeing

Early morning (5.30 am) leave for Horton plains with box breakfast. Thereafter return to the hotel & rest of the day at leisure.

Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.


Horton Plains.-Is a strict nature sanctuary located at a higher elevation than Nuwara Eliya. See beautiful rolling plains, a wide variety of flora and also herds of Sambur, Monkeys and also bird life. A trek to a sharp precipice World's End for a fabulous view of the surrounding region is suggested.


Day 4


Approx 70km & travel time approx 3 hours excluding sightseeing

Breakfast at the hotel.

Proceed to Adam’s Peak by noon time & rest at the / Lake Serenity /Wathsala Inn. Late evening climb the Adam’s Peak

Overnight in Adam’s Peak


Adams Peak- A large footprint embedded top of a 2,234-meter mountain, “Sri Pada” is believed by Buddhists to have made by Buddha on his second visit to Sri Lanka in 523B.C. This site, which draws ten of thousands of pilgrims each year, is one of several sacred places associated with Buddhism.

 This excursion is done during the pilgrimage season which is December to May. Rest of the period is considered as off season which  is generally windy and rainy


Day 5


Approx 115km & travel time approx 4 hours excluding sightseeing

Come down from Adam's peak & refresh with morning breakfast at  the hotel & thereafter proceed to Ella.

Relax /own activities in Ella. Overnight in Ella




Breakfast at the hotel.

Then do hiking & trekking at Ella rock.

Thereafter return to the hotel.

Overnight in Ella.

Ella rock - The most rewarding, and most taxing, hike around Ella is the ascent of the majestic Ella Rock, which looms over the village. It’s around a four-hour hike in total, with an interesting mix of rail track, tea plantation, and some steep stuff near the summit. Carry food, water and good footwear, and take care in wet weather, when tracks can get slippery – and be aware, too, that mist and rain can descend quickly at the top. There are several different possible routes; most begin by following the rail line south out of the village, then following one of the various paths which strike off up the rock.




Approx 110km & travel time approx 3 hours excluding sightseein

After breakfast check out from the hotel & proceed to Sinharaja.

Rest at the hotel.

Overnight in Sinharaja.


Day 8


After breakfast do trekking at  Sinharaja Rain rorest with lunch packs .

Thereafter return to the hotel.

Day at leisure.

Overnight in Sinharaja.

Sinharaja Rain Forest - which is a world heritage site, it’s the only Surviving Tropical rain forest In Sri Lanka. Waterproof clothing is essential. Not a hint of sunlight penetrates the dense tree canopy on which the rain patters. Insects hum and chirp incessantly, but only the Butterflies display any colour in this evergreen world. In addition, there is very rare endemic bird call “Blue Magpie”. Environmental protection groups saved this paradise from feeling by a timber factory and the forest has been nature reserve now since 1989.


Day 9


Approx 130 km & travel time approx 4 hours excluding sightseeing

After breakfast proceed to Galle.

Overnight in Galle

Optional - Evening visit Galle Dutch fort & Museum

Galle-was once the chief port of Sri Lanka. It is still well known for hand-made lace.You can also visit the Galle Fort (spanning 90 acres), which was originally built by the Portuguese and later Extended by the Dutch in 1663. This is also a World Heritage Site.


Day 10


Approx 160 km & travel time approx 4 hours excluding sightseeing

After breakfast proceed to airport for the departure flight via Galle / Colombo expressway.
